Cleaning with strong disinfectants is all about balance. For instance, rather than cleaning your countertops and floors with disinfectants and anti-bacterial cleaning agents on a weekly basis, switch to a much healthier once-a-month use of strong cleaning agents. For everyday use stick to general purpose cleaners or natural cleaning aids such as citrus (lemons or limes), bicarbonate of soda, vinegar etc.
Too much cleaning?
A sticky floor and dirty workspace left for a day or two won’t do any harm whereas over-cleaning will (as we mentioned above). Keep to a regular schedule which doesn’t go over the top.
